F.A.Q.

TimberTote is designed to be a statement piece for special occasions rather than used as a daily bag. We understand that it is made from unique and fragile materials, and because of this we have spent a lot of time engineering the technical design to be as durable as possible. Having said that we haven't had one returned due to durability issues. We do include a durable box for the TimberTote to be stored in when not being used.

The Timbertote has multiple coats of clear Lacquer so there is no maintenance required.

Due to the Lacquer finish, the TimberTote can get wet and then just wipe it off with a clean towel. However, it should never be submerged.  If it gets dirty, it can be cleaned with mild soap, water, and a towel.

We use a premium grade birch plywood. Our supplier offers the highest quality available in the industry. Plywood is a stable wood so there is no risk of cracking or wood movement in different humidity climates. 

The Luxury model has a Exotic wood Veneer. These are rare species, and we glue adhere the veneer to the premium grade plywood and the process the same way as the other versions. The exotic veneers and the additional step in the process demand a higher premium. The Luxury version has the most intriguing looks. 

We have a professional DTG (Direct To Garment) fabric printer. We are able to print full color images and even photos on fabric and build the TimberTote around the liner.

Yes. We ship anywhere domestically.

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being able to customize the TimberTote to be as unique as the person wearing or the collaboration brand it represents.

We have experienced that in the past. We have fixed that by creating a 3D rendering program. This allows us to change the line, wood stain, thread, and fasteners - all in real time so we can see what your TimberTote will look like prior to starting the build process.

We ask for a one week turn around up to 15 each week. On special orders we may be able to accommodate a faster turn around for a rush fee.

Sort of. We do not give exclusive right to sell standard TimberTotes. However, if we design an exclusive TimberTote for you, or your brand, you WILL have exclusive rights to its offering.

The TimberTote is 7.5" wide x 5" tall x 3" deep.

More than likely. The TimberTote is considered a clutch style bag for most security screening companies. If the stadium allows non-clear clutch purses these will fit the size of a clutch purse and do not need to be clear. However, we can not say that all venues will have the same policy. 

Our flag ship product is the TimberTote. We do have a glasses case that is available. We have made a laptop version in the past however, we do not have current plans to manufacture those. If it is something you would like to pursue, we can consider it on a custom project basis.
